MEET THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE POUR.

We’re Brandon and Alisha Broadway, proud Flathead Valley natives living our dream in beautiful Kalispell, Montana. Together, we’re the husband-and-wife team behind The Bearded Bear, bringing passion, creativity, and genuine Montana hospitality to every event we’re honored to serve.

Brandon is a Navy veteran who served for 12 years as an aircraft mechanic, an impressive career that, ironically, never required him to set foot on a ship. Today, he works as an Engineering Technician in the semiconductor industry and brings that same precision and dedication to The Bearded Bear as the bartender, problem-solver, and muscle behind the operation.

Alisha is the organizer, communicator, and creative visionary behind the experience. With a professional background in banking and business analysis, she brings attention to detail, thoughtful planning, and personalized touches to every event, helping ensure each celebration feels organized, stress-free, and true to the client’s vision.

With Brandon’s expertise behind the bar and Alisha’s planning and creativity leading the way, The Bearded Bear delivers a professional mobile bartending experience that goes beyond the pour. From intimate gatherings to grand celebrations, we take pride in creating bar experiences that reflect your style, care for your guests, and become a memorable part of your celebration.

At the heart of it all, The Bearded Bear is a family business built around bringing people together. We’re grateful for every celebration we’re invited to be part of and can’t wait to hear what you’re planning.
