We’re Brandon and Alisha Broadway, proud Flathead Valley natives living our dream in beautiful Kalispell, Montana. Together, we’re the heart and soul behind The Bearded Bear, bringing passion, creativity, and Montana charm to every event we’re honored to be a part of.    

Brandon is a Navy veteran who proudly served our country for 12 years as an aircraft mechanic—an impressive career that, ironically, never required him to set foot on a ship! Today, he applies the same precision and dedication to his role as an Engineering Technician in the semiconductor industry. At The Bearded Bear, Brandon serves as both the bartender and the muscle behind the scenes, crafting expertly prepared, delicious, and beautifully presented drinks that elevate every celebration.    

Alisha is the organizer, communicator, and creative visionary behind the scenes. As the owner of Perfectly Planned and with a background in banking, she’s celebrated for her exceptional attention to detail and her ability to bring unique visions to life. From coordinating logistics to perfecting timelines and adding just the right creative flair, Alisha ensures every event is seamless, stress-free, and unforgettable—while Brandon crafts drinks that add a touch of elegance and delight to every moment.    

When we’re not crafting cocktails or planning memorable celebrations, we’re enjoying life with our four children and furry friends, soaking in the breathtaking beauty of Montana’s Flathead Valley. From its majestic mountains to serene lakes, Montana inspires us daily to create and celebrate life’s special moments.
