We’re Brandon and Alisha Broadway, proud Flathead Valley natives living our dream in beautiful Kalispell, Montana. Together, we’re the heart and soul behind The Bearded Bear, bringing passion, creativity, and Montana charm to every event we’re honored to be part of.

Brandon is a Navy veteran who proudly served our country for 12 years as an aircraft mechanic, an impressive career that, ironically, never required him to set foot on a ship. Today, he applies that same precision and dedication to his role as an Engineering Technician in the semiconductor industry. At The Bearded Bear, Brandon is both the bartender and the muscle behind the scenes, crafting expertly prepared, delicious, and beautifully presented drinks that elevate every celebration.

Alisha is the organizer, communicator, and creative visionary behind the scenes. With a professional background in banking and business analysis, she’s known for her keen attention to detail and her ability to bring unique ideas to life. From coordinating logistics to perfecting timelines and infusing each event with thoughtful touches, Alisha ensures every experience is seamless, stress-free, and unforgettable while Brandon crafts cocktails that add a touch of warmth and elegance to every gathering.

When we’re not crafting cocktails or planning memorable events, we’re enjoying life with our four children and furry friends, soaking in the breathtaking beauty of Montana’s Flathead Valley. From its majestic mountains to its serene lakes, Montana inspires us daily to create and celebrate life’s most meaningful moments.
