Our pricing is customized based on your event’s unique needs, including guest count, staffing requirements, additional services, and event duration. We’ll work with you to design a tailored package that aligns with your budget and preferences, ensuring a seamless mobile bar and bartending experience.
We do not sell or profit from alcohol. You will need to purchase the alcohol from a licensed retailer. However, we’re happy to assist by providing a detailed shopping list or, as part of our mobile bar and bartending services, picking up and delivering your pre-purchased alcohol for added convenience.
Absolutely! Our mobile bartending services are staffed with Montana State-certified bartenders, and we carry both general liability and liquor liability insurance. As part of our booking fee, we also include you and your venue on our policy for added peace of mind.
All our mobile bar and bartending service packages include 30 miles of travel. For events beyond this range, a travel fee may apply to cover the additional distance, allowing us to maintain the quality and efficiency of our services while seamlessly accommodating your event’s location.
Gratuity is never expected but always appreciated, as it goes directly to the on-site staff as a token of gratitude for their service. If you prefer to cover gratuity in advance and eliminate the need for a tip jar at your event, there will be an option to do so through the payment site.
Once you’re ready to book, we’ll send you a contract for electronic review and signature. A retainer fee is required to secure our mobile bar and bartending services for your event date. Your menu will be finalized 45 days prior, with the remaining balance due 30 days before your event.
