We offer two levels of service based on how much support your celebration needs.
Our Professional Bartending Service is designed for clients who already have the beverages, supplies, equipment, and bar setup covered but need an experienced team to serve their guests.
Our Complete Beverage Experience can be added when you would like us to coordinate the nonalcoholic ingredients, garnishes, ice, drinkware, professional bar tools, and other beverage-service essentials.
Every proposal is customized based on your event details and selected services.
The Bearded Bear does not sell, provide, or profit from alcohol. All alcoholic beverages must be purchased by the client from a licensed retailer.
Clients who select our Complete Beverage Experience receive a customized alcohol shopping list based on the final guest count, beverage menu, and service time, making it easy to know what and how much to purchase.
For eligible events, pickup and delivery of client-purchased alcohol may also be available as an enhancement.
Absolutely! Signature cocktails are one of our favorite ways to add personality to a celebration.
Our Complete Beverage Experience can include up to two signature cocktails, thoughtfully selected around your favorite flavors, event style, season, color palette, or personal story.
Signature cocktails may also be prepared as nonalcoholic mocktails, allowing more of your guests to enjoy the experience.
Yes! We provide thoughtful beverage options for guests who choose not to drink alcohol.
Whenever possible, each signature cocktail will also be offered as a mocktail. Some cocktails cannot be successfully recreated without the spirit, so a separate nonalcoholic option will be provided instead.
We do not provide or coordinate traditional glassware rentals.
Clients are welcome to supply clean glassware for their event. However, to comply with applicable health requirements, our team cannot wash, sanitize, or reuse glassware during service. An adequate quantity of clean glasses must be available for the full event.
Our Complete Beverage Experience includes elevated disposable drinkware, offering a polished appearance with the convenience and efficiency of single-use service.
Bar service may be scheduled for up to six hours, depending on your event timeline and service needs.
Extended service may be available for an additional fee when arranged in advance and is subject to staffing and availability.
Yes. Our bartenders are trained in responsible alcohol service and may request valid, government-issued identification from any guest.
In accordance with applicable Montana alcohol laws, we will not serve anyone who is underage or unable to provide acceptable identification when requested. We also reserve the right to refuse or discontinue alcohol service to any guest who appears visibly intoxicated or when our bartenders believe continued service would be unsafe.
No. During our contracted service hours, all alcoholic beverages must be served by a member of The Bearded Bear team.
This includes alcohol provided by the client, venue, or individual guests. Self-service alcohol is not permitted due to our insurance requirements and responsible alcohol service practices.
Yes. The Bearded Bear maintains general liability and liquor liability insurance for the events we serve.
Certificates of insurance are available upon request and may be provided directly to your venue when required.
Absolutely! Our services include travel within 30 miles of Kalispell.
Events outside that range may include additional mileage and travel-time fees. We proudly serve Kalispell, Whitefish, Bigfork, Columbia Falls, and celebrations throughout Northwest Montana and beyond.
No two celebrations are exactly alike, so final pricing is based on your guest count, location, service time, beverage menu, staffing needs, selected enhancements, and rental requirements.
Starting prices are available on our Services & Pricing page. Once we learn more about your event, we’ll prepare a customized proposal outlining the recommended services and investment.
Start by completing our event questionnaire and sharing the details of your celebration.
Once we’ve reviewed your information, we’ll create a customized proposal based on your event and service needs. Your date is officially reserved once we receive your signed Bartending Contract and nonrefundable retainer.
Payments can be made securely through HoneyBook using an ACH bank transfer or major credit card.
Approximately 30 days before your event, we’ll finalize your guest count, beverage menu, service plan, responsibilities, and remaining details. Then all that’s left to do is celebrate!
