Our pricing varies based on your event’s needs, such as crowd size, staffing requirements, additional services, and duration. To tailor a menu to your budget and preferences for mobile bar and bartending services, we’ll have you complete a questionnaire, and from there, we can create a custom package.
No, we do not sell or profit from alcohol. You will need to purchase the alcohol from a retailer. However, we can assist by providing a detailed shopping list or by picking up and delivering your pre-purchased alcohol as part of our mobile bar and bartending services.
Yes! Our mobile bartending services are staffed with Montana State certified bartenders. We carry both general liability and liquor liability insurance. Additionally, we will include you and your venue on our policy, all of which is covered in our mobile bar and bartending services booking fee.
Yes! We include 30 miles of travel in all of our mobile bar and bartending services packages. For events outside this range, an additional travel fee will apply.
Once you decide to book with us, we’ll send you a contract to review and sign electronically. A $500 retainer is required to secure our mobile bar and bartending services for your event date. Half of the remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the event, with the final payment and confirmed menu due 30 days before your event.
